The Wealth Fitness Group offerings includeThe Wealth Fitness Group provides financial planning services that are tailored to you, the individual. As an independent financial planning firm, we work with clients on an hourly, as needed, fee-only basis. Our services do not include asset management or product sales. That means there are no commissions or hidden fees that might otherwise present conflicts of interest.

 

Our only true service is the time we invest with you in developing a Financial Life Plan based on objective, thoughtful and proven advice.

Comprehensive Financial Life Planning
The broad offering of a comprehensive Financial Life Plan is customized to the needs of each client. Engagements are based on our standard $150 hourly rate and range from approximately $900 to $3,600 depending on the complexities of your financial situation. A plan typically includes the following:

  • Coaching in defining your financial and estate planning objectives within the context of your life goals.
  • Reviewing and planning your insurance and risk management strategy.
  • Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various employee benefit options available to you.
  • Mentoring you on effective cash management and budgeting techniques that lead toward reduced debt burdens and increased cash flow directed toward your life goals.
  • Identifying tax planning strategies and efficient ways to acquire, grow, preserve and transfer wealth both during life, and after.
  • Evaluating your investment strategy and asset allocation within the context of your tolerance for risk and financial goals.
  • Developing an investment policy statement or a set of guidelines for your portfolio construction and/or ongoing management.
  • Developing a customized retirement plan that integrates all aspects of your financial life and legacy planning for the achievement of financial independence.

Retirement Funds Stress Test | $300 - 2 hours of Coaching
Answers the question: “What are the chances that I might outlive my retirement funds now that I am in retirement?”

  • Update your assessment of tolerance for risk and longevity projections.
  • Analyze your current asset diversification and withdrawal rate.
  • Determine the probability of your money outliving your needs.
  • Recommend options to increase your probability of success.
  • Document recommendations and action plan.

Debt and Budget Workout | $450 - 3 hours of Coaching
Answers the question: “How can I stop living paycheck to paycheck, save for an emergency and increase my credit score?”

  • Understand your current money beliefs, behaviors and spending patterns.
  • Educate you on cash management and debt reduction strategies.
  • Recommend specific steps for you to take.
  • Document recommendations and action plan.

Retirement Health Check | $600 - 4 hours of Coaching
Answers the question: “Am I on track toward meeting my retirement goals?”

  • Understand your retirement goals and objectives — both financially and emotionally.
  • Design your retirement lifestyle.
  • Assess your tolerance for risk and longevity projections.
  • Analyze your current asset allocation and rate of accumulation.
  • Identify, analyze and integrate all sources of retirement funds available.
  • Establish a baseline and determine your probability of success.
  • Recommend alternatives to increase your probability of success.
  • Document recommendations and action plan.

Sunset Care Planning | $600 - 4 hours of Coaching
Answers the question: “How will the potential need for long-term care impact my family, personal and financial goals?”

  • Educate you about long-term care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of family, welfare, personal assets and long-term care insurance to provide for long-term care.
  • Assess the impact of each alternative on the family, your legacy wishes and life goals.
  • Recommend the best options and develop a plan.
  • Document recommendations and action plan.

Financial Fitness Checkup | $900 - 6 hours of Coaching
Addresses the issue of: “My current plan is out-of-date and it needs a check up.”

  • This offering is specifically designed for new clients to The Wealth Fitness Group who would like to update a plan previously prepared by someone else within the past five years.

In those areas where we feel you would be best served by a specialist — for example an estate attorney to draft estate documents or CPA for tax preparation — we limit our role in the planning process to informing and educating you about the need for inclusion of such items in your plan.
